Javier Arrés, one of the most important Spanish crypto artists in the world, will create an exclusive NFT on Woonkly. The action will take place at the next Global Gift Foundation Gala, which will be held on Thursday May 19 in Cannes (France) and aims to unite in the same event to artists, singers or actors of Hollywood level that will auction their NFTs for charity.
Global Gift Foundation is a humanitarian organization founded by the Spanish businesswoman and actress, Maria Bravo, with the aim of helping children, women and families who are vulnerable and / or at risk of social exclusion. They began by supporting external charities, until they expanded their field of action, developing their own projects to meet their objectives.
In February, they joined forces with Woonkly.com, the new NFTs metasocial marketplace, to create a social program to join forces to support social causes through blockchain technology. In this way, in this first Global Gift Foundation Gala of the year, NFT collections of International Talents will be created and the income generated and royalties will go to social causes.
Javier Arrés, one of the most recognized crypto artists worldwide, pioneer and leading Spanish exponent, has confirmed his participation in the gala. Andalusian based in Fuerteventura, he was winner in 2019 of the London Art Biennale and the Illustrator People Choice Award Creativepool 2017. Now, he will cede one of his totally exclusive works so that next May 19 it can be auctioned and 100% of the profits will be donated to social causes. The auction will take place through NFTs new platform, Woonkly.com, during the celebration of the Gala, which starts at 8:30 p.m., and everyone will be able to participate.
